The Ragged Diamond respects your privacy so your personal information is safe with us! It will not be shared with anyone unless required by law.

May I use one of your heirloom accessories for a photo shoot?

Of course! Our heirlooms love to have their photo taken. If you need an item for a day or indefinitely, please reach out to the shop owner at info@theraggeddiamond.com to secure items you love.

Can I use one of your photos from your website, Etsy, Facebook, or Instagram?

Certainly! You are welcome to used any of our photos on your blog, Pinterest, inspiration boards, Facebook shares, etc. We ask that you please credit The Ragged Diamond with a link to our website and credit the photographer if applicable. We love teaming up to create gorgeous collaborations, and we also love to showcase YOUR photos on our website and social media websites.  How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost includes postage, insurance, and tracking on all orders. You're package is sent in indestructible mailers, cozily packed in peanuts so items are in mint condition upon arrival. We also use vintage packaging for garter purchases. We understand the importance of your precious pennies and have achieved low shipping charges with upscale packaging. How long until I receive my item(s)?

Our standard processing time is 14 business days for normal orders. Custom orders may take up to 4-6 weeks. During this time we acquire all of the supplies needed and create your stunning heirloom. Once shipped, delivery time varies based on the shipping method you selected; normally 1-4 business days within the US and 5-20 days for intentional shipments.

I need my items FAST. Do you offer rush processing?

We are happy to accommodate 1-3 day processing times if needed for a $5. All rush processing options are available by themselves or with rush shipping methods at checkout.

Do you accept exchanges and returns?

Product Care

What is your product quality assurance policy?

After selecting fine materials we handmade each and every item. They are quality inspected before packed so that you receive a flawless item.

We want you to know we respect the idea of handmade and DIY items, so please understand items may different slightly in terms of color, style, etc. They are not factory made nor do they come from an assembly line. They are created by Texan hands just for you!

Do you offer non-slip grip for garters?

Yes! We are delighted to let you know each keepsake garter includes a small strip on the back to help keep the garter in place. We recommend double sided tape for extra stability.

How do I clean my item?

Life happens and soiling occurs! Use water and a rag to dab satin, baskets, pillows, sashes, and garters. Mild soap may be used as well.

You may use an iron on low setting to remove wrinkles from satin sashes.


How do I measure my thigh for my wedding garter?

We offer a full "How To" instruction guide for measuring your thigh.

How long are your wedding sashes?

Our adult sashes are standard 3 yards long and children's sashes are standard 1.5 yards long. We would love to customize your sash tails as long or as short as you are looking for! 

My garter doesn't fit! What now?

Never fear, free resizing is here! Just fill out the form on the back of your included invoice and include the size you'd like to exchange for. Follow the directions to send back to us and we will get right to work on your new set! Best of all its FREE.
